The Process

We use a simple four step process to help you find the right talent.
  1. Gather your requirements by email or phone.
  2. Search the notes in our database or our knowledge of our contacts to see if we can find the right match.
  3. If a match is found, we can take part in an introductory meeting.
  4. From there, communications can be between the two parties. We do not take part in negotiations, proposals, or contracts between the two parties.
