Fees
The model for the fees is based on the independence of the management talent we provide. Service Providers we connect are responsible for our fees, while a hiring company is responsible for our fee for a direct hire. The fee structure follows.Service Providers
The Service Provider fee is 10% of any revenue they collect during their first year of engagement. Payment terms are negotiable based upon when the Service Provider gets paid.Direct Hires
The hiring company fee is 10% of the first year salary up to $100,000 and 5% of any additional salary beyond $100,000. Fees are due Net 30 days after the hiring occurs.
